Returns Policy

We hope that any product that you purchase from Christopher William Country Ltd will meet your expectations. However, should you wish to return an item then we offer a refund or an exchange service but we do ask the following:

– Please ensure that all products are returned to us within 14 days of receipt . Returned items must be unused, with no marks or signs of wear and be in their original packaging with labels attached so that they can be re-sold. (Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee. Please call or email prior to returning the item.

– If the item is faulty when delivered, return the item to us and we will offer a refund or a replacement product. Please call or email us first.

– If you receive a faulty item, we’ll refund the cost of posting it back to us on receipt of proof of cost of postage (up to £25). If an item is simply no longer wanted or you wish to change it for something else, you’ll need to pay to post it to us. Replacement goods are posted free. Please use recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.

Upon receipt of the goods we shall email you within 24hrs to advise you of this.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund (delivery up to standard rate only). You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after receipt of the item(s).

If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, if any.

If you cancel after we have despatched the Goods, we will refund the price of the Goods only.

If you cancel your order after we have despatched the Goods, you must return them to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, worn or damaged.

You are responsible for the cost of returning Goods.

Notification of cancellation must be in writing either by letter, fax or email.

We will refund your money within 30 days.

This does not affect your rights in the event that the Goods are faulty.
