Every effort is made to describe the items and show these in as accurate a way as possible. There may be some variation in colour of goods shown on the website due to certain software and monitors.
If by mistake we have underpriced an item we shall not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In these circumstances we shall notify you with the correct price so you can decide whether or not you wish to continue with your order at that price.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling and inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate where applicable.
Making A Purchase
On placing an order, you agree that all information given is correct. All orders are subject to acceptance and the availability of the product. Occasionally some items may be out of stock, although we always try to get stock replenished, this is not always possible. Product availability is shown on the website next to the item description and we aim to ensure this is current. Should the item be out of stock at the time of dispatch we will notify you of this and keep you informed.
Should you order an item that is out of stock or that has been discontinued, we will endeavour to offer you a replacement product or refund.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro. Christopher William Country Ltd is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been made in full.
Sale of Knives
Criminal Justice Act 1988, Section 141A prohibits the sale of knives to those under 18. Selling knives to under 18’s could incur a £5000 fine or 6 months in prison. It is also illegal to possess most knives in a public place without a good reason for doing so.
We are responsible retailers at Christopher William Country Ltd. We will personally contact any customer wishing to purchase a knife in order to verify their age. This may include a request for ID such as a driving licence or passport to be emailed before any product is dispatched.
